Cuprinol’s Shed of the Year competition is back for 2022! And while the entries in this UK-based competition probably won’t look like the Colorbond sheds we love so much here in Australia, there are still some incredible designs that are definitely worth checking out. After another year interrupted by lockdowns, many homeowners have turned their focus to making improvements around the home and garden. And this has resulted in some very creative sheds, ranging from Tardis tool sheds to triangle-shaped art workshops.
Enter Shed of the Year 2022
Entries are now open for the 2022 shed of the year. There are seven categories to choose from, and entrants must submit at least two photos of their shed, as well as an explanation of the inspiration behind the design and what makes it so special.
The categories for 2022 are:
- Budget
- Cabin/Summerhouse
- Pub & Entertainment
- Unexpected / Unique
- Workshop/Studio
- Nature’s Haven
- Lockdown
A panel of judges will draft a shortlist, and the public will vote to decide the shed of the year 2022. The winner will be announced in August and win a cash prize of £1,000 plus £100 worth of Cuprinol products.
